Exhibitors

The Cognitive Science Society is taking reservations to reserve exhibit or advertising space for CogSci2008. There will be a day of tutorials and workshops on July 23. A map of the exhibit hall is not yet available. Exhibits will be assigned at the discretion of CSS but generally in the order that the reservations are received in the office.

EXHIBIT TABLETOPS

Because there is very limited exhibit space this year, all exhibits will include one 6’ draped table, two chairs and a wastebasket. If you intend to use more than one table, you must book that number of tables. The use of any free-standing exhibits must be pre-approved and fit within the parameters of the tabletop space.

General lighting, ventilation, and air conditioning are also provided. Set-up for the tabletop(s) is tentatively planned for Wednesday, July 23. Exhibit hours will generally be the same hours as the daily sessions.

Security will be provided in the overnight hours; however, neither Cognitive Science Society, nor the Omni Shoreham Hotel, will assume responsibility for loss or theft of materials or equipment from the exhibit area.

Tabletop(s): $500 single table and $200 per additional table
Tabletops will be assigned at the discretion of the Cognitive Science Society.
